Skyline will be officiating your (event name/location) event that is scheduled to start at (date/time). Please let me know if you need me for skin checks/weigh-ins and what time those start, otherwise we assume a health care professional will be present.

We will have (# of officials) in total. If requested for skin checks/weigh-ins will arrive 15 minutes before they start, the remaining officials will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of wrestling.

Please let me know if there are any special instructions or protocols upon arrival to the school or if there is a scheduled date/time change.
